- We will accept return(s) and exchange(s) for Regular priced item(s) with no discount within 14 days of receipt.
- Return(s) or exchange(s) MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt.
- Remix will carefully examine all product(s) before shipping, but if your item(s) is damaged upon arrival, please notify Remixhawaii.com within 5 days of receipt.
- Special order items, accessories, swimwears, underwears, and final sales are not refundable.
- Exchange can be made based on product and size availabilities.
- All return or exchange item(s) must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and unworn with no smell/order.
- The Original tag and label should still be attached for return or exchange. We will not be able to offer a refund if the tag or label has been removed or destroyed.
- All damaged goods for returns or exchange are subject to our verification and examination. We reserved the right to determine if the damaged item is returnable.
- Return and exchange policies are subject to change without further notice.
How to Make a Return or Exchange
- Please click this link to fill out the Return/Exchange Authorization Form and submit for processing and approval.
- You will receive an RA confirmation, instruction, and number via email within 48 hours.
- You are responsible for the return shipping charge and necessary insurance to us.
- Please include the original packing list and invoice along with your return item.
- For your security and protection, we strongly suggest you to use USPS Priority Mail with tracking ability, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or Insured Parcel Post for all your exchange(s) and return(s).
- Please registered or insured the return package, and we are not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged during shipping.
- Please clearly print your name, address, and RA number for all return/exchange and mail back to:

- Please keep the tracking number for all return and exchange for your reference. We are not responsible for any lost return or shipping damage.

- We will credit the same credit card with which the purchase was made.
