SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S.

• Free USPS Priority shipping on all orders over $200.
• We offer USPS Priority and UPS 2nd day Air for domestic shipping.
• Over Night delivery is also available for rush delivery through UPS. Please inquire for more information. Additional charges may apply.

Order Processing and Status

• Please allow 1-2 days for domestic order processing and shipping.
• We will try our best to process and ship all orders within 24-48 hrs, after verifying credit card authenticity.
• Orders placed during Monday through Friday will be processed on the same day.
• Orders placed during Saturday through Sunday will be processed on Monday.
• You will receive an automated e-mail with UPS or USPS tracking information and you may use this to track your shipment online.

Domestic USPS Priority Shipping

• Free shipping on all orders over $150.
• USPS will delivery on Saturday.
• Arrival time is not guaranteed; therefore, please allow 2-4 days for delivery.
• Please go to www.usps.com to track your shipment.

UPS 2nd Day Air

• Please allow 2 business days for delivery excluding the pick-up day. UPS doesn’t count the pick-up day as 1 business day.
• If your order ships out on Tuesday, Thursday will the estimated arrival day.
• If your order ships out on Friday, Tuesday will be the estimated arrival day.
• No weekends or Holidays delivery.
• Please go to www.ups.com to track your shipment.

Domestic Shipping Policy

• Sorry, we can’t ship to P.O. Box address.
• Orders over $500 dollars require a signature upon delivery.
• Remixhawaii.com will not be responsible for reimbursement if no signature required was requested.
• If the shipment is refused to receive or can’t be delivered for any reason, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the returning shipping charges back to us.
• We are subject to USPS and UPS standards, regulations, and delivery limitations.

Customs and Duties

• All international orders are liable to duties and taxes. You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges imposed by your customs.
• We are required by law to declare the true value of all international shipments.
• Should you have any question regarding customs or duties charges and procedures in your country, please contact your local custom office for more information prior to placing orders.
